Job summary

HR Solutions is hiring fresh graduates/ interns for a Field Operations Associate role in Lahore, Pakistan. The position is onsite in Bahria Town and involves daily field visits, promoting our mobile app, and achieving weekly/monthly merchant targets.

The schedule runs 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday to Saturday, with fuel expenses covered and clear opportunities for career growth into sales and account management.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 1 year field sales experience preferred.
• Residence in Bahria Town, Lahore; daily commute to work location.
• Own motorbike/vehicle and valid driving license for daily field visits.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven with ability to work in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to shops, retail stores, and commercial areas within the assigned territory.
• Introduce and demonstrate the mobile application to shopkeepers and business owners, assisting with installation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients to foster trust and repeat engagement.
• Generate leads and work towards meeting weekly and monthly merchant acquisition targets.
• Collect customer feedback and competitive market intelligence to support business strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, interactions, and sales activities.
