BLUSHA, a beauty-tech startup in Lahore, is hiring a Business Development Associate for an entry-level, remote-friendly role. You will help salons discover and adopt our software through outreach, qualification of prospects, and scheduling demos.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
• Connect with salon owners and qualify potential customers.
• Schedule product demos with the Field Sales team.
• Follow up with prospects to improve conversions.
• Coordinate client onboarding with the relevant team.
• Maintain lead records and meet sales targets.
