VIDIZMO LLC is seeking a driven Senior Business Development Professional to own sales end-to-end, then grow into leading a small BD team. The role focuses on enterprise, government, and partner accounts, with hands-on execution and measurable results.

You will shape GTM strategy, pricing, and campaigns, while building enablement content and forecasts. This is remote with global coverage, targeting the US market and other regions as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and native-level fluency.
• Experience selling into the US market in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales or related roles.
• Track record of selling and positioning SaaS IT solutions.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven decision making with a analytical mindset.
• Fluency with AI tools as part of the workflow.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads across key market segments to hit targets.
• Build relationships with enterprise, government, and partner accounts.
• Shape sales strategy, pricing, and negotiation plans.
• Manage RFPs/RFIs/tenders end-to-end for on-time delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, plans, and reports.
• Prove model hands-on before growing a BD team.
