PromoGeneration is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our remote sales team in a fast-growing startup. You will drive outbound growth, build a robust sales pipeline, and qualify leads for conversion.

In this full-time remote role, you will engage target prospects, map accounts, and collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies. Fluent English and a self-motivated mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of hands-on B2B sales, outbound SDR, or lead generation experience.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Dedicated home office setup with reliable internet.
• CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced startup.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation & Outbound Outreach: multi-channel outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Account Mapping & Prospect Research: identify high-value target accounts and decision-makers.
• Lead Qualification: assess pain points, goals, budget, and environment.
• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: present value to corporate buyers.
• CRM Management: maintain records in Salesforce.com.
• Collaborative Strategy: refine scripts and target audience mapping.
• Target Achievement: meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
• Client Relationship Management: ensure follow-up and seamless hand-offs.
