As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth engine, identifying and cultivating opportunities that accelerate Avaza’s mission to reshape the future of business management.
Working under the guidance of the Account Executives, the SDR is expected to help set-up and execute a robust sales process in order to widen the customer base and nurture key relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Identification: Conduct research to identify potential leads and target industries for Avaza’s business management tools.
- Top-of-the-Funnel Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads to create opportunities for our account executives and sales managers.
- Qualification: Research and assess the suitability and readiness of leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and decision-making process.
- Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with leads and schedule meetings or demos for the Sales team to further discuss Avaza’s products and services.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with prospects to nurture and move them through the sales funnel.
- Data Management: Accurately record and update lead information and interactions in our CRM system.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Sales Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to provide valuable insights to the team.
Core Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in business, marketing or finance)
- A customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to understand and address customer needs.
- CRM Software Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software, such as SalesForce, SalesLoft or PipeDrive etc. is a plus.
- Sales Expertise: A good understanding of sales processes and techniques, with experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation would be a plus.
- Linkedin Prospecting: Experience in strategic LinkedIn prospecting to identify and engage with key decision-makers, fostering valuable connections and driving business growth.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- IT skills, especially MS Office, G-suite, and CRM software
