VIDIZMO is hiring a Business Development Executive to open new doors for our business. You will reach out to end customers and partners daily, set up meetings with decision-makers, and move qualified opportunities to the account team.

You will leverage AI tools to research prospects, prepare outreach, and follow up, with a strong emphasis on consistent activity and results. You should have 1–3 years of outbound sales experience, clear English, and the drive to build a high-velocity pipeline for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, CS, engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in outbound BD, lead generation or inside sales.
• Legal authorization to work in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to end customers and partners daily by phone and messages.
• Spend at least two hours daily in live conversations with new prospects.
• Set up meetings with key decision-makers and confirm a real need.
• Convert qualified interest into opportunities and hand to the account team.
• Record calls, emails and meetings in HubSpot on the day they happen.
• Use Claude or an AI assistant to research prospects and draft outreach.
