Job summary

resortlife.travel is seeking an experienced Social Media & Paid Ads Manager to grow our audience and convert attention into enquiries and bookings. This fully remote role welcomes candidates in Nigeria and Pakistan, offering exposure to some of the world’s most beautiful resorts and our AI travel products.

You will plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and X, own the content strategy across Instagram, TikTok and X, and translate ideas into clear creative briefs and scalable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional social media and paid ads experience.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and X Ads; proven ROAS/CPA results.
• A campaign/account you grew with numbers (reach, views, followers, or sales).
• Strong short-form video and content strategy for Instagram, TikTok and X.
• Solid analytics: Meta Pixel, GA4 and clear reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or equivalent proof of results.
• Travel, hospitality or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
• Good English and comfort working remotely to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and X, from audiences and creative testing to budgets and reporting.
• Own our social content strategy across Instagram, TikTok and X, with short-form video at the centre.
• Spot the ideas, trends and formats that can take our resorts viral, and turn them into clear creative briefs.
• Set up and look after tracking with the Meta pixel and GA4, and report on what drives enquiries and bookings.
• Test, measure and scale what works, and cut what doesn't.
