Job summary

Team Virtual is hiring a Paid Media Specialist to manage ecommerce campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads, while also using Google Ads and TikTok Ads. The role is full-time and remote for a US-based client, with work hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Time.

The salary ranges from PKR 250,000 to PKR 350,000 per month. You will audit accounts, develop customized strategies, and optimize campaigns, while ensuring accurate tracking and data-driven decision making.

• Strong quantitative analysis and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet crucial deadlines and deliver solid results.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ecommerce accounts across Meta, Google, and TikTok (Meta largest share).
• Audit client accounts for performance, tracking, audiences, and creative effectiveness.
• Develop paid media strategies based on products, audiences, budgets, and goals.
• Build, launch, and optimize ad campaigns with strict budget pacing.
• Monitor account health, respond to shifts in spend, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Execute testing frameworks across audiences, offers, structures, and landing pages.
• Analyze full ecommerce funnel and consumer buying behavior.
• Review creatives and brief the in-house team on new test concepts.
• Troubleshoot tracking: Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, conversions.
