Job summary

Nexal Solutions Ltd is expanding its remote sales team in Pakistan and seeks Business Development Executives to generate new business opportunities and build long‑term relationships with UK law firms, conveyancers and estate agencies. The role is remote/hybrid (morning shift) and part of an international team.

You will conduct outbound lead generation, deliver product demonstrations, follow up leads, build a sales pipeline and support conversion from leads to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in B2B sales, software/SaaS, or outbound lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and use CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working remotely as part of an international team.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound lead generation to identify potential UK legal and property sector clients.
• Arrange and deliver product demonstrations and present value propositions.
• Follow up on leads and manage the conversion process.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline; track progress and forecast sales.
• Manage client relationships and support conversion from lead to customer.
