Job summary

SupremeIT Experts in remote work mode seeks an IT Support & Business Development Associate to join the founding team. The role blends outbound sales with hands-on MSP IT support, starting with business development activities and transitioning to technical operations as client base grows.

The initial salary is PKR 60,000 per month with a 3‑month probation. The position follows a Monday–Friday 9:00AM–5:00PM EST schedule; candidates must have strong English, IT certifications, and customer‑facing

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English: communicate confidently with business clients.
• IT certification required: CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or Microsoft cert.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, hardware and basic networking.
• Willingness to perform outbound cold calls and lead generation.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and customer service skills.
• Reliable internet and a suitable calling environment when remote.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Conduct cold calls, generate leads via LinkedIn, and schedule sales appointments.
• Explain IT services and identify client needs; maintain CRM records and follow-ups.
• Assist with IT troubleshooting and documentation; support procedures development.
• Phase 2: Provide remote Level 1-2 help desk support; troubleshoot Windows, 365, email, hardware, networking.
• Manage user accounts, MFA, endpoint security; handle tickets and document solutions.
• Assist with remote monitoring, patching, and maintenance; deliver professional IT support.
