Responsibilities

• Investigate HR and Employee Relations issues.
• Conduct interviews for investigations and draft reports with remedial actions.
• Produce complete investigation documentation and analyze data for progress on cases.
• Manage stakeholders related to cases and ensure timely closure.
• Independently manage assigned casework and bring investigations to closure.
• Design and analyze employee and stakeholder feedback to improve ER/IR processes.
• Collaborate with ER, Compliance and Legal teams on complex investigations.
• Support development and revision of people programmes, policies, and practices.
