Job summary

Infina Health is seeking an HR Assistant to join our team as a junior HR member, supporting recruitment and HR processes remotely for US-based operations.

You will screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and liaise with the senior HR team to ensure timely delivery of workloads and high-quality results. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office is expected, with attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS data entry and documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Zoho Recruit, Paycor and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Shortlist resumes in the ATS with daily updates.
• Assist in recruitment and manage high volumes of resumes daily.
• Set up interviews and coordinate with candidates promptly.
• Conduct job market research and stay informed on trends.
• Maintain employee data in the HR system (joins/terminations).
• Keep HR documents accurate and compliant in the system.
