• Produce complete investigation documentation.
• Analyse data from reporting systems to progress cases.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure closure of cases.
• Independently manage assigned casework and bring investigations to closure.
• Design, collect and analyse feedback from employees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with partners on complex employee investigations.
