Job summary

Infina Health is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional for a fully remote role serving US clients. The position involves forecasting, cash flow management, bookkeeping, payroll processing, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

You will work independently with strong communication and organizational skills, ensuring deadlines are met and financial records are accurate. Prior experience in accounting or finance and ability to adapt to US EST business hours is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasts and cashflow statements.
• Maintain financial records for client companies by analysing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc.
• Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
• Raise invoices
• Chasing overdue invoices
• Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation of various banks with system generated ledger.
• Maintain, record and reconcile cash .
