Job summary

Z360 is seeking a Head of Sales to close inbound and sourced pipeline and eventually build and lead a sales team. The role is remote, working US business hours from Pakistan or India to align with US clients.

You will own discovery calls, tailored product demonstrations, pricing negotiations and CRM governance while shaping the sales process and coaching junior sellers for future leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales with a track record of closing deals you sourced or qualified yourself.
• Experience selling SaaS, AI, automation or software development services.
• Direct experience selling to US-based customers.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable running a 45-minute call with a US clinic owner.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle from discovery to signed and paid deal.
• Conduct discovery to uncover client problems and quantify impact.
• Deliver tailored demos and product recommendations to US business owners.
• Negotiate pricing and proposals within guidelines; manage pipeline and CRM records.
• Coach and eventually lead junior sellers as the team grows.
