Job summary

Z360 is a US-facing AI platform for small and mid-sized service businesses. We are seeking a proactive, career-oriented individual to join our first-line outreach team from Pakistan or India, working US business hours (about 7 PM–3 AM PKT).

You will engage prospects, qualify them, and set discovery calls for the Senior Sales Lead. As part of the role, you will maintain CRM records, coordinate with the sales team, and help refine outreach messaging.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or 0–2 years of experience welcome.
• Excellent spoken English and confidence with international clients.
• Willingness to work US business hours.
• Proactive, persuasive and resilient with strong follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and sourced prospects by phone, email, SMS and LinkedIn.
• Start conversations, build rapport and keep prospects engaged until ready to talk.
• Qualify prospects against criteria (business type, need, decision-maker, timing).
• Book qualified discovery calls on the Senior Sales Lead's calendar.
• Record every interaction accurately in the CRM.
• Share feedback to sharpen messaging.

The Role

You will be the first voice many US business owners hear from Z360. Your job is to start conversations with prospects we have already sourced or who have contacted us, keep them engaged, qualify them, and book discovery calls for our Senior Sales Lead. You will not be handed a rigid script. You will be trusted to think, adapt and get results.

What you will own

• Engage inbound and sourced prospects by phone, email, SMS and LinkedIn.
• Start conversations, build rapport and keep prospects engaged until they are ready to talk.
• Follow up consistently and professionally across multiple touches until you get a clear answer.
• Qualify prospects against Z360's criteria (business type, need, decision-maker, timing).
• Book qualified discovery calls on the Senior Sales Lead's calendar.
• Keep every interaction recorded accurately in the CRM.
• Share what you hear from prospects so the team can sharpen messaging.

Who we are looking for

• Fresh graduates and early-career professionals (0-2 years) are welcome.
• Graduates of NUST, LUMS, FAST, IBA and other strong universities are encouraged to apply. Your communication and drive matter more than your university.
• Excellent spoken English and confidence speaking with international clients.
• Proactive, persuasive and resilient; rejection does not slow you down.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Genuine interest in learning SaaS, AI and technology sales.
• Ability to work US business hours consistently.

Nice to have

• Call-centre, customer success, inside sales or internship experience with international clients.
• Debating, MUN, public speaking or student leadership experience.

How you will be measured

Proactiveness, communication quality, consistency, follow-up discipline, qualified meetings booked and pipeline contribution. You will not be judged only on closed revenue, because closing is handled by the Senior Sales Lead.
