Job summary

Burq, Inc. is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to manage the technical and commercial health of its enterprise customers. You will work closely with customer teams to resolve issues and drive product adoption.

This role requires a strong technical background in logistics and the ability to independently debug integration issues. The position is fully remote with a focus on fostering customer relationships and driving retention.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a technical, customer-facing post-sales role.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or delivery.
• Ability to debug integrations and read API documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of enterprise accounts as the primary contact.
• Debug customer issues and resolve integration problems.
• Guide customers through API integrations and new feature rollouts.
