Job summary

BearPlex, Inc. is seeking a delivery leader who can shepherd software projects end-to-end in a remote Pakistan role, coordinating embedded engineering pods, clients across Lahore, Austin, and Doha time zones, and keeping scope, timelines, and quality in balance.

You will translate client needs into actionable plans, run agile cadences, surface risks early, and maintain auditable documentation for regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Delivered real software projects required for enterprise clients.
• Strong technical fluency to follow architecture discussions and ask the right questions.
• Excellent client communication and ability to manage expectations under pressure.
• Proven experience running Scrum or Kanban for engineering teams.
• Rigorous in tracking scope and timelines and renegotiating when needed.
• Comfort coordinating across Pakistan, the US, and the Gulf time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery for your projects, balancing scope, timeline, and quality.
• Be the client’s clear point of contact and surface risks early.
• Coordinate embedded engineering pods to unblock senior engineers.
• Run agile cadences that move work forward, not just ceremonies.
• Manage scope and changes with transparent renegotiation of timelines.
• Track blockers and dependencies to prevent small issues from becoming big ones.
• Maintain audit-friendly documentation for regulated clients.
