Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years in people leadership.
• Proven ability to guide multiple teams and balance delivery with quality.
• Deep technical authority in billing systems, API design, and infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead Merchants Core and Merchants Growth, growing engineering leads and teams.
• Define and own technical direction for billing, checkout, and delivery engine.
• Drive sprint health, backlog quality, and delivery predictability for both teams.
• Collaborate with PMs, design, data, and success teams to translate strategy into roadmaps.
