Job summary

Fellow Friends Ltd is seeking an organized E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of its online business. This remote role focuses on keeping product information accurate, moving customer inquiries, and routine store administration on track.

You will maintain listings across Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify; process orders; respond to customers; update records; and help deliver a reliable customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce store administration and product listing workflows.
• Accurate data entry and attention to updating products, prices, inventory, and orders.
• Clear written communication and customer-focused enquiry handling.
• Ability to track orders, fulfilment, returns, refunds and escalation.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and online productivity tools for records and updates.
• Good organization, time management, and prioritization of routine tasks.
• Reliable follow-through and discretion with customer information; willingness to learn new store systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and stock across Amazon, Etsy, Shopify.
• Process and monitor orders, update fulfilment records, flag delays or discrepancies.
• Respond to customer questions and assist with returns, refunds, and order issues.
• Update spreadsheets and records, check data accuracy, prepare routine status reports.
• Coordinate with team on inventory, product updates, and customer service follow-ups.
• Identify listing or workflow issues and suggest practical improvements to processes.
