Fellow Friends Ltd is seeking an organized E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of its online business. This remote role focuses on keeping product information accurate, moving customer inquiries, and routine store administration on track.

You will maintain listings across Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify; process orders; respond to customers; update records; and help deliver a reliable customer experience.

Fellow Friends Ltd is seeking an organized E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of its online business. This role is work from home and focuses on keeping product information accurate, customer enquiries moving, and routine store administration on track. The successful candidate will follow established processes, communicate clearly with the team, and help deliver a reliable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and stock information across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify).
• Process and monitor orders, update fulfilment records, and flag delays or discrepancies for prompt resolution.
• Respond to customer questions and assist with returns, refunds, and order issues in a professional manner.
• Update spreadsheets and operational records, check data for accuracy, and prepare routine status reports.
• Coordinate with relevant team members on inventory, product updates, and customer service follow-ups.
• Identify listing or workflow issues and suggest practical improvements to routine store processes.

This position is suitable for a dependable, detail-oriented assistant who can manage recurring tasks independently while escalating non-routine issues appropriately. The role is remote.
