Falcon E-commerce seeks an on-site, full-time E-commerce Account Handler in Lahore to manage daily eBay and Etsy operations from our Lahore team. You will be responsible for listing updates, inventory checks and order monitoring to keep marketplace activity smooth.

You will create and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, images and pricing, and respond promptly to customer inquiries, returns, and marketplace cases.

Falcon E-commerce is a growing international e-commerce and retail company operating across multiple countries. Our teams manage product sales across marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy and TikTok Shop, supported by warehouses and teams in different locations. We are seeking an E-commerce Account Handler focused on eBay and Etsy to help maintain strong marketplace operations from our Lahore team.

• Manage daily eBay and Etsy account operations, including listing updates, inventory checks and order monitoring.
• Create, edit and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, images and pricing.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, order concerns, returns and marketplace cases.
• Track orders and coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to help ensure timely dispatch and accurate inventory.
