Retail Verge LTD is seeking an organized eBay Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations of its online marketplace activity. • Strong written English and courteous buyer communication.
• Ability to craft clear product titles/descriptions and enter item specifics.
• Careful order processing, stock tracking, shipment monitoring, and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with returns, refunds, buyer cases, and seller policy workflows.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, email, and basic image handling for listings.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and independence.
