• Resolve simple issues during calls and check if the answer helped; stay calm with frustrated customers.
• Write after-call notes with question, answer, and next steps; keep records clear.
• Escalate unanswered questions to the team lead with a short summary of checks performed.
• Contact customers waiting for answers and ensure their concern is resolved before closing.
• Flag wrong numbers, duplicates, and unwanted calls; keep follow-up reminders current.
• Share daily call counts and common questions with the team; practice approved call outlines.
• Meet quality standards with accurate notes, polite calls, prompt follow-up, and complete records.
