Job summary

Nokhba.AI in Lahore is seeking an HR Advisory & Career Consultant to guide candidates through career decisions while contributing to HR and recruitment practices across the platform.

You will conduct one-to-one online career advisory sessions, assess goals, provide strategy, interview prep, and salary guidance, and help shape HR processes and content. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role with a morning shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR advisory, recruitment, or career coaching.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and workforce trends.
• Understanding salary trends and career development approaches.
• Ability to conduct one-to-one conversations with people from varied backgrounds.
• Strong communication, active listening, empathy, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-to-one online career advisory sessions.
• Understand candidates’ goals, experience, challenges, and career aspirations.
• Provide career strategy, planning, interview preparation, and transition guidance.
• Advise candidates on salary expectations and negotiation approaches.
• Help candidates identify their strengths, skills, and suitable opportunities.
• Advise on HR practices, policies, and workflows across the platform.
• Support the development of HR processes, content, and services.
• Contribute to recruitment process design and day-to-day execution.
• Partner with the team to improve platform support for candidates, recruiters, and employers.
