The role focuses on developing engaging content, managing social profiles, collaborating with design and marketing teams, and tracking performance to refine our strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major platforms and current content trends.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and growth goals.
• Manage presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Create posts, captions, carousels, short-form videos, reels, and other engaging content.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Create content about AI recruitment, HR technology, hiring trends, workplace insights, and recruitment challenges.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community interactions while building engagement with professional audiences.
• Research trends, hashtags, formats, competitors, and content opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other teams on campaigns, launches, webinars, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and website traffic, then use performance insights to improve strategy.
