Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, support, account management, SaaS, or HR tech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong CRM and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident conducting online product demonstrations and training.
• Solid understanding of SaaS products and digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, priorities and follow-ups.
• Proactive, customer-first mindset with strong organization.
• Familiarity with CRM and support tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide them through the platform.
• Conduct product training, demonstrations, and walkthroughs.
• Help customers understand and effectively use key product features.
• Monitor customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify customer challenges proactively and recommend solutions.
• Respond to queries and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to Product and Engineering teams.
• Track customer success activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Support the development of FAQs, guides, and onboarding resources.
• Support customer renewal and expansion initiatives.
