Job summary

ScaleForce builds and operates outbound and full-funnel revenue systems for US-based B2B companies. As a Sales Development Representative, you will support appointment-setting and pipeline-generation programs by identifying suitable prospects, initiating relevant conversations, and creating qualified opportunities for client sales teams.

This is a remote role based in Pakistan, working with international B2B accounts and structured outbound processes.

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English for professional B2B communication with US-based prospects.
• Ability to research accounts and identify buying signals.
• Practical understanding of outbound prospecting and appointment setting.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts, decision-makers, industries, and business needs using approved prospecting tools.
• Execute personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels while following campaign messaging and quality standards.
• Qualify prospects based on business fit, need, authority, timing, and engagement signals.
• Book relevant meetings and provide clear handoff notes to account executives.
• Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records in CRM and sales engagement systems.
• Test messaging, monitor responses, and share actionable feedback to improve outbound campaigns.
• Meet agreed activity, response, meeting, and quality targets.
• Collaborate with senior operators.
