PrismTeck LLC is hiring an entry-level Business Development Associate. This 100% remote role from Pakistan requires BBA/MBA or equivalent and English fluency; you will research leads, craft GTM plans, and initiate outreach to qualify prospects for North American clients, while collaborating with teams and maintaining CRM records.

Work hours run 6:00 PM–2:00 AM Pakistan Time, with a monthly salary range of PKR 70,000–90,000 non-negotiable.

Qualifications

• BBA/MBA or equivalent business degree.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office & CRM platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized and performance-driven.
• Remote work with Canadian time zone; own laptop and reliable internet.

Responsabilités

• Research and identify potential B2B leads using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, ChatGPT and other platforms.
• Plan and execute Go-to-Market strategies.
• Initiate cold calls and emails to qualify leads and set meetings.
• Draft SDR outreach scripts and maintain CRM entries.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and follow-up reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and support North American BD reps.
• Utilize Canva, Excel and AI prompts for client materials.
