Marketing Transformers is a high-performance revenue growth and AI automation company serving Australia and New Zealand. We are expanding our outbound sales division and seek experienced appointment setters who thrive in outbound environments, speaking with business owners and executives.

You will schedule appointments for senior sales consultants, work on international AU/US/UK campaigns, and participate in ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of outbound cold-calling experience on international campaigns (AU, US, or UK)
• Excellent spoken English with professionalism
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and quiet workspace

Responsibilities

• Conduct 100–150 outbound calls daily using an automated dialer
• Engage with mortgage brokers, real estate directors and other decision-makers
• Qualify prospects using our sales framework
• Handle objections professionally and book qualified appointments
• Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes
