Marketing Transformers is hiring an outbound appointment setter for our Australian fintech campaign. This remote, full-time role from Pakistan offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

You will call business owners and decision-makers across Australia to identify opportunities and schedule qualified appointments for our senior consultants. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of outbound calling experience, enjoys a fast-paced sales environment, and works well independently from a home office

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of outbound cold-calling experience.
• Experience with lead generation, insurance, telecom, or high-ticket appointment setting.

Responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound calls per day using an automated dialer.
• Engage decision-makers across Australia.
• Qualify prospects using a proven framework.
• Book qualified appointments for senior consultants.
• Maintain CRM notes and records.
• Hit daily and weekly activity targets.
