You will schedule appointments for senior sales consultants, work on international AU/US/UK campaigns, and participate in ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of outbound cold-calling experience on international campaigns (AU, US, or UK)
• Excellent spoken English with professionalism
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and quiet workspace

Responsibilities

• Conduct 100–150 outbound calls daily using an automated dialer
• Engage with mortgage brokers, real estate directors and other decision-makers
• Qualify prospects using our sales framework
• Handle objections professionally and book qualified appointments
• Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes

We are seeking experienced appointment setters who thrive in outbound sales environments and enjoy speaking with business owners, decision-makers, and executives.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with qualified prospects, identify opportunities within their businesses, and schedule appointments for our senior sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 100–150 outbound calls daily using our automated dialer system.
• Engage with Principal Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Directors, and other business decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects using our proven sales framework.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Book qualified appointments into senior closer calendars.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.

• Strict adherence to company sales processes and quality standards.

Who We're Looking For Essential Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of outbound cold-calling experience on international campaigns (AU, US, or UK)

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Telecom
• Insurance
• Lead Generation
• High-Ticket Appointment Setting

Excellent spoken English with strong confidence and professionalism

Ability to navigate objections and maintain composure under pressure
