Job summary

Navigatorhr in Lahore is seeking an Appointment Setter to join our onsite team in Johar Town. You will contact potential clients via cold calling and other channels to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

The role requires strong English communication, a confident style, and the ability to meet daily targets. Work hours are 9 PM to 5 AM, Monday to Friday, with a base salary around 60k PKR plus commission.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, or appointment setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, and other channels.
• Generate leads and schedule qualified appointments/meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate lead records.
• Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with prospects.
• Meet daily/weekly outreach and appointment targets.
