Aura Digital Agency PVT Ltd is seeking motivated Outbound Sales Executives / Call Center Representatives for a full-time, remote role targeting international campaigns, including the United States. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls, follow structured scripts, and drive prospects toward conversions in a night-shift schedule from Pakistan.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in outbound sales, excellent USA-accented English, and comfort with KPIs and remote work.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in outbound cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, sales development, business development, or a similar call center role.
• Excellent spoken English USA Accent with clear pronunciation and strong conversational skills.
• Confidence communicating with international prospects, particularly US-based customers.
• Comfortable making 400+ outbound calls daily.
• Strong communication, persuasion, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Comfortable working with scripts without sounding robotic or rehearsed.
• Ability to remain confident when prospects are hesitant, busy, uninterested, or raise objections.
• Previous experience working with individual KPIs, call targets, conversion targets, or revenue goals.
• Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Aufgaben

• Make 400+ outbound calls per day using company-provided leads and calling systems.
• Communicate professionally and confidently with international prospects.
• Follow campaign-specific call scripts, processes, and talking points while maintaining a natural conversational tone.
• Build rapport quickly and keep prospects engaged during calls.
• Confirm prospect information, availability, appointments, registrations, or other campaign-specific details.
• Understand the prospect's motivation, needs, and concerns through effective questioning.
• Handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Re-engage hesitant prospects and work toward a clear commitment.
• Conduct follow-up and reminder calls when required.
• Generate qualified opportunities and move prospects through the assigned sales or conversion process.
• Close sales where applicable and achieve individual conversion targets.
• Accurately update call outcomes, notes, follow-ups, and lead statuses in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and onboarding teams when required.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
