Job summary

A leading microfinance bank in Pakistan is seeking a Relationship Officer Deposit to manage relationships with clients regarding their deposit accounts. This individual will focus on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones, ensuring that all banking needs are effectively met. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Institution in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics, finance or equivalent.
• A good understanding of Deposit products and its workability.
• Preferably have a minimum of 1-year relevant work experience in sales or management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for execution of customer acquisition process.
• Ensure to build up a CALSA / TD customer portfolio.
• Maintain good relationships with key potential clients.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
