Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Officer Asset at the Alipur Branch to build trusted client connections, understand financial goals, and provide tailored guidance on accounts, products, and services.

You will act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support. You will implement approved sales and service plans to achieve growth, establish relationships with customers, and promote bank products per SOP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA preferable.
• 0–1 years’ experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers as per defined SOP.
• Implement the approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives of bank by agreeing micro level sales/service delivery plans with BM/RM.
• Achieve targets/objectives of sales in assigned areas with best ethics and moral practices by following SOPs.
• Dissemination of terms and conditions of the products offered by the customers.
• Develop long-lasting relationships of the bank with customers.
• Prepare weekly field activity planner and deviation marking in consultation with LM.
• Ensure continuous review of product and services related knowledge and recommend areas of improvement through feedback.
