Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution; MBA preferred.
• 0–1 years' experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers per SOP.
• Achieve targets in assigned areas with ethical practices by following SOPs.
• Ensure target achievement through genuine sales while avoiding unethical lending practices.
• Promote bank loans and grow the customer base per SOPs.
• Market banking products and develop strategic plans for growth.
• Identify prospects and market opportunities in the area.
• Assess customer profiles using credit principles (five Cs).
• Explain terms and conditions of products to customers clearly.
• Perform periodic field verifications of prospective clients.
• Ensure proactive loan collection and timely repayments per SOPs.
• Handle customer documents carefully to prevent misuse.
• Guide customers to deposit loan repayments at cash counters.
• Avoid cash handling whenever possible; follow collection manual if field collection is needed.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans with LM input.
• Schedule regular customer meetings as per product programs.
• Conduct loan bookings in line with bank policies and ethics.
• Keep product/service knowledge updated and suggest improvements via feedback.
• Conduct market assessments to identify new markets and opportunities.
