Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a Relationship Officer Asset to build lasting customer relationships, assess financial needs, open accounts, and guide clients through bank products with adherence to SOPs.

The role emphasizes sales targets, ethical lending, and proactive loan collections, with focus on market outreach, client profiling, and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable Institution, however MBA will be preferable.
• Preferably have at least 0-1 years' experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement the approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives of bank by agreeing micro level sales/service delivery plans with BM/RM.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers as per defined SOP of the bank.
• Achieve sales targets in assigned areas with ethical practices by following SOPs.
• Ensure target achievement through genuine sale by avoiding improprieties and unauthorized lending.
• Promote loan products to increase customer base and profitability in line with SOPs.
• Market company products and develop strategies for sales.
• Identify business opportunities and evaluate the position of the industry.
• Evaluate customer profiles by applying the five C's of credit.
• Explain terms and conditions of products to customers.
• Conduct field visits to verify prospective clients and ensure on-track performance.
• Ensure proactive collection and timely repayment of loans by customer communication and SOPs.
• Handle customer documents with care to prevent misuse.
• Guide customers to deposit loan repayments at the cash counter and avoid cash handling when not necessary.
• Prepare weekly field activity planner and coordinate with LM for deviations.
• Schedule monthly/quarterly meetings with customers as per product programs.
• Enter loan bookings in compliance with bank policies, procedures, ethics, and standards.
• Continuously review product/service knowledge and seek improvements through client feedback.
• Conduct market assessments to identify selling opportunities and review markets with line manager.
