Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a Relationship Officer Asset to drive customer connections and loan product sales across assigned areas in Pakistan. You will open accounts, assess client needs, and guide customers through bank products with integrity and professionalism.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and 0–1 years in related field. You will work on a sales/service delivery plan, meet targets, and uphold SOPs while ensuring compliant customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a relevant field.
• MBA preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets in assigned areas per SOP.
• Assess credit profiles using bank policies and the five Cs of credit.
• Ensure timely loan repayments and proactive collections per SOPs.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies and customer documentation.
• Develop weekly field activity plans with line manager.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers.
