Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferable.
• 0–1 years’ experience in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives of the bank by setting micro-level sales/service delivery plans with BM/RM.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers as per SOP of the bank.
• Achieve sales targets in assigned areas with ethics and compliance by following SOPs.
• Conduct market assessment to identify selling opportunities and new markets, in consultation with line manager.
• Meet internal service standards and ensure no service-related complaints by following the bank’s fair treatment policy.
