Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets with SOPs and ethical practices.
• Ensure target achievement through genuine sales and policy adherence.
• Market products and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
• Show aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
• Identify business opportunities by prospecting and market analysis.
• Evaluate customer profiles using standard credit factors (five C's).
• Ensure compliance with SOPs to safeguard the bank's reputation.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
