Qualifications

• Experience in dealer networking, customer acquisition and financing documentation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire customers for vehicle financing to meet sales targets.
• Develop relationships with auto dealers and prospective customers to generate leads.
• Explain auto finance products, eligibility criteria and repayment terms.
• Process applications and verify documents per bank policy.
• Assess income, creditworthiness and repayment capacity for risk.
• Coordinate with departments to obtain approvals and disburse funds timely.
• Ensure complete documentation and pre-disbursement formalities.
• Monitor portfolio and coordinate with Recovery for collections.
• Maintain accurate reports on sales, applications, disbursements and portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and internal controls.
• Support deposit mobilization and cross-sell banking products where applicable.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.

Job description

Responsible for acquiring customers and generating auto finance business by marketing and selling vehicle financing solutions to individual consumers. The role involves developing customer and dealer relationships, facilitating financing applications, assessing repayment capacity, and managing portfolio quality to achieve assigned business targets in accordance with the Bank’s policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire customers seeking vehicle financing to achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with auto dealers, vehicle sellers, and prospective customers to generate business leads.
• Explain auto finance products, eligibility criteria, financing terms, and repayment schedules to customers.
• Collect, verify, and process customer applications and supporting documents in line with the Bank’s policies.
• Assess customers’ income, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity, highlighting potential risks for review.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary approvals and facilitate timely disbursement.
• Ensure completion of all documentation, verification, and pre-disbursement formalities.
• Monitor the assigned portfolio, follow up on overdue installments, and coordinate with Recovery for timely collections.
• Maintain accurate sales, application, disbursement, and portfolio reports.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, KYC/AML requirements, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
• Support deposit mobilization and cross‑selling of relevant banking products, where applicable.
