As an Implementation Manager, you will take ownership of end‑to‑end telecom network deployment and rollout projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning through integration and delivery. You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and customers, and ensure all implementation activities align with project timelines and quality standards. The role demands strong expertise in telecom infrastructure, site implementation, and integration processes within a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, resolving deployment challenges, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for professionals with proven leadership experience in telecom project execution and rollout management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end telecom network rollout and implementation projects across assigned regions
• Manage site deployment activities including installation, integration, and commissioning
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on‑time completion
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in telecom network deployment and implementation

• Proven project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Strong knowledge of telecom technologies and network deployment processes
