Job summary

ZTE Pakistan invites applications for a Senior Site Engineer to lead on-site RAN, microwave, and power system integration across Faisalabad, Multan, and Lahore. You will own installation, testing, and commissioning activities, coordinating with regional managers, contractors, and client technical leads to ensure uninterrupted network performance.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering degree with 4–6 years of telecom site experience, strong hands-on skills with Site Master, power meters,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
4–6 years of progressive telecom site engineering and wireless deployments.
Strong hands-on experience with RAN, microwave, and power systems.

Responsibilities

Supervise end-to-end on-site installation, integration, and commissioning of RAN, microwave, and power infrastructure.
Inspect civil and electrical readiness, tower loading, grounding, and cable routing.
Deploy BBUs, RRUs, antenna systems, optical interconnects.
Install and commission PDUs, rectifiers, backup batteries, generators, and solar systems.
Conduct site testing including VSWR, PIM, and optical power checks.
Enforce HSE compliance and electrical safety standards on all sites.
Troubleshoot faults during integration and acceptance testing.
Maintain site logs, checklists, redlines, and customer acceptance forms.
