• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.
• Manage sales performance across assigned territories, dealerships, distributors, and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers, fleet customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales teams to achieve individual and team targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Conduct regular market visits and provide feedback on customer needs and market conditions.

Experience and Qualification

• BBA/MBA in Marketing from HEC recognized university.
• 06 to 08 years of relevant experience.
