RediRecruit, LLC seeks a Full-Cycle Recruiter/Head Hunter focused on the US market. This remote role is based in Pakistan with flexible hours and weekly progress updates.

You will craft targeted search strategies, actively source passive candidates, conduct screening calls, and present a curated shortlist of qualified candidates. A monthly retainer plus placement commissions apply, with the excitement of a hands‑on headhunting approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, with proven US-market recruitment experience mandatory.
• Demonstrated success filling difficult roles within your industry specialization.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, passive-candidate outreach, and screening skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches, and pay close attention to detailed hiring criteria.
• Your own LinkedIn Recruiter access and other sourcing tools.

Responsabilités

• Review each job description, understand every mandatory requirement, and develop a targeted search strategy.
• Proactively identify and approach passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, personalized outreach, and other effective sourcing methods.
• Manage candidate conversations and follow-ups, clearly explaining the opportunity and confirming genuine interest.
• Conduct detailed screening calls and verify relevant experience, industry background, compensation expectations, availability, and all role‑specific requirements.
• Submit a final shortlist of interested, thoroughly screened candidates, supported by updated resumes and clear screening notes.
• Provide weekly updates on each open role, including progress, candidate feedback, and search challenges.
• This is a hands‑on headhunting role. Posting jobs and relying solely on incoming applications will not meet the requirements. You must actively engage candidates who may not be applying elsewhere and take ownership of sourcing through qualified submission.

Job Description

Full-Cycle Recruiter / Headhunter (US Market)

Location: Remote, Pakistan

Schedule: Flexible, with weekly progress updates

Monthly Retainer: PKR 20,000

Placement Commission: USD $1000 - $1,500 per successful placement, depending on the assigned role, payable once the candidate joins.

About RediRecruit:

RediRecruit is a recruitment firm serving the US market, working directly with clients, primarily startups and growing businesses across multiple industries. We are looking to engage at least two experienced recruiters per industry who can independently manage challenging searches and deliver qualified, interested candidates. This is a commission‑focused opportunity supported by a monthly retainer. You can manage 2-3 assigned roles simultaneously, with flexibility to organize your own working hours.
