Nokhba.AI is seeking a Recruitment Operations Specialist to support organized, scalable hiring processes for an AI-powered HR technology platform. You will coordinate day-to-day recruitment workflows, ensure accurate data in ATS platforms, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and reporting.

The role requires 1-3 years in recruitment operations or related fields, strong organizational skills, and comfort with recruitment data, dashboards, and automation features.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, HR operations, recruitment coordination, or related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle management.
• Exposure to HR technology, SaaS, or AI-powered recruitment platforms is an advantage.

Job Specification:

• One to three years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, HR operations, recruitment coordination, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle management.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, HRIS, or recruitment platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and coordination skills.
