Job summary

Jobtailor, a recruitment firm, seeks an IT recruitment professional to source and screen candidates across multiple channels. You will interpret technical requirements, identify suitable talent, and coordinate HR screenings and interviews. You will build and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring timely updates to hiring managers and candidates alike. The role emphasizes high-speed delivery and strong client relationships with a focus on candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
• Must possess BBA/MBA/BS in Business Management, HR, or another relevant domain
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience using any ATS (Application Tracking System) is a plus
