Nokhba.AI is seeking a Recruitment Operations Specialist to support organized, scalable hiring processes for an AI-powered HR technology platform. You will coordinate day-to-day recruitment workflows, ensure accurate data in ATS platforms, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and reporting.

The role requires 1-3 years in recruitment operations or related fields, strong organizational skills, and comfort with recruitment data, dashboards, and automation features.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, HR operations, recruitment coordination, or related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate lifecycle management.
• Exposure to HR technology, SaaS, or AI-powered recruitment platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day recruitment operations, workflows, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate candidate and company information in recruitment systems and ATS platforms.
• Support sourcing, screening, candidate documentation, job postings, and recruiter administration.
• Track candidate progress, follow-ups, recruitment activities, pipeline data, and interview outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and key performance data.
• Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements to processes, templates, and operating procedures.
