Job summary

MicroAgility APAC is seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to source talent for international blue-collar and skilled roles. You will use LinkedIn, job boards, social media and Boolean search to identify candidates and maintain strong client communication across borders.

You will screen, interview and shortlist candidates, manage ATS records and recruitment trackers, and coordinate interviews with international clients while ensuring timely documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of international recruitment experience.
• Experience with international clients is preferred.
• Canada recruitment experience is a plus.
• Experience recruiting blue-collar, skilled trades is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for international, particularly blue-collar and skilled roles.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, Boolean search and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and shortlisting.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities with international clients.
• Communicate with candidates regarding availability, compensation, location and hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, ATS/database and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare and maintain candidate, client, registration, compliance, and other administrative documentation.
• Manage Excel spreadsheets, reports, data entry and recruitment-related calculations.
• Track pending documents, approvals, deadlines and other administrative requirements.
• Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in international recruitment.
• Experience working with international clients is highly preferred.
• Canada recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience recruiting blue-collar, skilled trades, warehouse, technician, or general labour roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS.
• Good Excel, documentation and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, reliable and client-focused attitude.
